I would like to tell you about Canadian Parents for French, a non-profit charitable organization that supports French as Second Language (FSL) learning both inside and outside of the classroom.  For information about French resources in your area, bilingual camps in Ontario or summer programs and exchanges visit their website at www.cpf.ca.  Once you have accessed the website go to French resources to find a link to Bilingual Camps in Ontario and Summer Programs and Exchanges.

In addition, there are a variety of websites which feature games and puzzles which reinforce French grammar, vocabulary and culture.  One of my favourites is www.french.about.com

Other good websites include:

www.bonjour.com If you have speakers this website is great for working on correct pronunciation.

www.uni.edu/becker/grammar.html A good site for French grammar.

www.fslactivities.ca/kidsplayground/index.html Activities/games to assist with numbers, verbs and grammar.

http://www.lepointdufle.net/  Excellent website that contains many activities and exercises on all aspects of the French language.

In addition is a word document that will help students to improve their French proficiency and a more extensive list of websites for students learning French.  Also find attached an explanation of the program as presented at Program Night.
